We ship using USPS, so please be sure to provide a valid mailing/postal address. All standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Return & Exchange Policy

Each item is shown with complete details about size, material and design so you can be assured that the item you get will be the same as the one you fell in love with. Custom design projects are always approved prior to completion so you can be sure it is exactly what you want! I pride myself on awesome communication and customer service so you can buy with confidence!

Because all pieces are custom made, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 3 days so that we can resolve the issue.
